State Sponsorship Update
States and Territories are continually revising their own occupations in demand lists and requirements for sponsorship in response to prevailing economic conditions and the increasing (and almost overwhelming) number of applications they are receiving now that state and territory sponsorships are receiving sponsorship priorities.
States and Territories have different occupation lists for different visa subclasses. Guidelines vary between the states and territories, and may require such things as having a verifiable job offer, residing in the state or being a recent graduate from the state, and having minimum assets. In some cases, sponsorship will only be confirmed after the graduate has attended the state/territory office in person.
Note that some state or territory sponsorships may be only valid for a specified period of time.
As these revisions of occupation lists and requirements can take place at any time, it is important to always keep up to date for the latest information before you consider seeking state or territory nomination. Contact us for more information – info@dlegal.com.au / Mob 0425725570 - Source - MIA
